Commission: 45% of the total hammer price.

Setup Day: Our team sorts through the entire home, tagging and photographing items. Everyday goods are grouped into lots, while higher-value items (jewelry, art, electronics, designer goods, collectibles) are sold individually. Items not for sale should be marked with blue tape.

Auction Process: After setup, we publish your sale online and market it nationwide. Most bidding occurs during the final hours, often resulting in competitive bidding wars.

Buyer Pickup: Once payments are processed, buyers receive pickup details. On pickup day, our team manages item retrieval securely and efficiently. Unclaimed items are considered forfeited, leaving you free to keep, donate, or re-consign.

Settlement: Checks are cut on the Friday of the 14th business day post-auction, along with an itemized sale report.

We also handle gold, silver, and high-end jewelry. Unlike competitors who use middlemen, we work directly with refineries to secure the best returns for our clients.

For smaller consignments or collections, items may be dropped off at our Addison location at a reduced 25% commission. Email photos of your items for approval before drop-off.

Founded in 2013 by Amanda and Zoey, both U.S. Air Force veterans, A to Z Estate Sales grew from traditional in-home sales into Tyler Grace Auctions. In 2016, we expanded services to meet the needs of clients in gated communities, retirement facilities, and storage estates. By 2017, we launched fully online auctions, reaching buyers worldwide.

In 2019, we moved into our larger Addison location to serve our growing audience. Today, Tyler Grace conducts weekly online auctions, specialty sales, and in-home liquidations while maintaining our core values:
